"Helpful advisor, smooth overall"
My advisor was really helpful and got me what I needed quickly. I usually go by my first impression with stuff like this, and they seemed on top of it right away. Only thing is I wish the replies came a little faster, but overall it was a good experience.

They have some really nice stuff on the site, but actually finding what I wanted was kind of a hassle. The pages were loading slow for me, and checkout felt more confusing than it needed to be. I did eventually get my order placed, but come on now, it shouldn’t take that long just to buy something.

"Honestly, super impressed with the service"
I had a little issue with my order, so I emailed customer service thinking it might be a whole thing, but nope. They replied quickly and just fixed it, no hassle at all. I was like, wow, that was easy. They were really friendly too, which I appreciated. I’d definitely order again.

"Lots of cute designs to pick from"
I was really liked looking through the designs on creativememories.com. I needed some scrapbook stuff that didn’t all feel like the same page over and over, and they had a nice mix of colors, themes, and cleaner simple layouts.
It was easy to find things for my family photos, and I even found a few that works for a vacation album too. Not every design is totally my style, but there was plenty to pick from, so I’d shop there again.

"Finally, shipping that doesn’t mess up my plans"
I’ve ordered from Creative Memories a few times now, the shipping has been one of the few things I haven’t had to stress over. Usually I feel like I’m the one who gets stuck waiting around or dealing with missing stuff, but my boxes have shown up when they said they would, with nothing damaged or left out. It’s a relief because I can actually plan my scrapbook weekends without feeling like something is going to go wrong at the last minute.

I picked up a few scrapbooking supplies and thought the quality was really solid for what I paid. The packaging had a little extra filler that felt unnecessary, but everything arrived in good shape and shipping was totally fine. No complaints from me...

"Cute stuff, but the quality can be hit or miss"
I’ve ordered a few albums and paper sets, the designs are really cute. Most of the pages feel sturdy too, so it’s not like the products are bad. But one of my album covers showed up with a small dent, and a few of the papers were thinner than I thought they’d be, which was kind of annoying.
Overall, it’s decent, just not quite as consistent as I’d expect for the price. I’d probably order again if there’s a sale, but now I make sure to check everything as soon as it arrives

I ordered some scrapbook supplies from creativememories.com and had a good experience. The site was easy to click around on, the pictures loaded without any issues, and the categories actually made sense. Checkout was smooth too, which I always appreciate. I also liked that I could find matching items without spending forever searching about. Overall, I’d use it again.
